So, I am extremely bored right now and was looking through my favourites gallery and decided that I have a kick-ass gallery of works. So why not list my favourites? This is my photography list of favourites (within my gallery - I am sure thaere are tons out there that I havn't and will not ever see that would make this list), since that is mostly what I have. Maybe a traditional art section will come later.

1. This is a 2-parter because they are very similar and by the same deviant, ~DylanRicci: Utopian Soldier 2 & Utopian Soldier 3
I love these because hardly anybody does good male nude photography on deviantart and these are just simply beautiful. ..They also remind me of some charcoal drawings I did a while back of the male form.

2. Ready to Pop by *Epinephrin ...How could anybody NOT love this? Such a great idea and such a beautiful photograph...it really is one of my favourites ever.

3. Atlas by ~arealitystudios What can I say? I like really well done nudes...they are hard to come by...this is another that is probably one of my favourite photographs even outside deviantart.

4. United Fest 2005 -2- lovers by ~drmarten I know this is a really popular one for everyone, but doesn't it just make you smile? It looks like they have such true expressions of happiness on their faces.

5. The Lonley Wanderer by ~ofirk ..this one reminds me of my walk in Big Bend... love the solitude and how much i connect to this photo.

6. STORM by =belfast-steve ..SO cool!

7. sacrifice by =orangebutt This one seems just like a dream to me...I think that the atmosphere that this image portrays is something a lot of people can relate to.

8. Ling Li after Penn by ~mickryan Everyone loves a kid with a tutu on her head!

9. Safeguard by =raun Just lovely.

10. For Anna II by *kevissimo I love this one because I think her expression is just so powerful.

11. ballerina by *TOYIB Do I really need to say anything about this one? Its pretty popular...

12. Mystical Morning by *phaythe This is an amazing photo, and I really love the framing...I chose this one, though because it is the exact image I have been trying to paint in watercolor for a long time now and have never succeeded.

13. Yellow.... by *signalbox is so wonderful! This is such a natural and believable nude!

14. Ghost Opera 1 by *DenisOlivier I was in ballet for years, so this one just had to make the list.

15. Starry Night by ~justinblackphotos I like this guy's photos a lot...I think he has really cool ideas that come out really well. I don't know how he does some of the stuff he does.

16. IR DesertScape by *Rhavethstine This one made the list because a.) I love this guy's photos of the place I live in and b.) because I get sick of IR photos and I think this one is doing something very different than most.

17. ------- by ~kharlamov I just love the desert shots...and this one is so beautiful and powerful...not to mention being naked on desert rocks is just awesome!

18. The Lighthouse by ~Hassan9 I am really drawn to this one because I think it looks like a Turner painting and I love William Turner.

19. Torn Earth by =nuozek - I just HAD to have one of my favourite places in the whole world on this list ...not to mention it is just a really cool rendition of a very over-photographed place.

20. Waiting On You by *kittystalker This one was really tough; almost posted this one: [link] because it is just such an amazing photograph, but I think that the former is really a unique shot - and I just love the approach...how many of us have waited in a car for someone like this?

Well...that rounds out a good 20...I hope somebody sees this and enjoys these people's works...they are all amazing. I based them on level of originality and how much they have had an influence on me personally. (and quality of work, of course!) There were so many more I wanted to post; I think all of the works in my favorites are worthy of being on SOMEBODY'S list.
